I'm Chris. A Human Performance and Behaviour Coach, a dad of three, and someone who has built the habits I now coach others to develop.

Not in ideal conditions. In the middle of work pressures, school runs, early mornings and the kind of life where something always needs your attention.

I've spent years coaching leaders and teams on performance and behaviour, understanding what actually drives change, and more importantly, what gets in the way of it. That experience, combined with my own lived transformation, is the foundation of everything I do here.

This is for People who Know What to do, but don’t Follow Through

You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts and set the goals.

But when life gets busy, energy drops or motivation fades, it becomes hard to stay consistent.

This isn’t about needing more information. It’s about building something you can actually stick to.

A Practical Way To Build Consistency

Movement gives you a clear starting point.

We use that to build simple, repeatable habits and shift how you think, so you move from knowing what to do to actually doing it.

Over time, that creates real consistency, stronger mindset and the resilience to handle what life throws at you.

What Makes This Different

This isn’t just mindset coaching.

We use movement as a consistent anchor, combined with structured coaching and simple habit design, to create real, repeatable change.

You’re not relying on motivation. You’re building something that works even when motivation isn’t there.

The Focus

You’re not coached to run faster.

You’re coached to become more consistent, resilient and clear in how you live and act.

Running is the vehicle. Behaviour change is the outcome.

Start Here

If you’re ready to stop overthinking and start building something that actually works, send a message and we’ll take it from there.

"You don’t need to do more. You need to do what matters, consistently."
